Senior Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager to lead, develop, and expand our vibrant gaming portfolio. As a key member of our community engagement team, the Senior Community Manager will be the front-line communicator between the studio and players. You will be responsible for driving community engagement, executing live operations, and contributing to the overall success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Engagement: Foster a positive community atmosphere through various channels such as social media, forums, and Discord servers.

  2. Live Operations: Oversee and execute in-game events, contests, and tournaments to engage the community and drive key performance indicators.

  3. Influencer Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key influencers and content creators in the gaming industry.

  4. Social Media Management: Create and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent and high-quality content across multiple platforms.

  5. Feedback Management: Gather and analyze player feedback to provide actionable insights to the development teams.

  6. Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content strategies for community engagement, including blogs, Q&As, and livestreams.

  7. Metrics and KPIs: Monitor and report on community health, using metrics to improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction levels.

  8. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior community managers and moderators, providing guidance and quality control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry

  • Proven track record in managing live operations and events

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Demonstrable leadership qualities and experience in team management

  • High degree of emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex community dynamics
